Rules for using the Chipmunks Dance preview and future generation tool
The Service
Chipmunks Dance is an independent creative tool. The current release is a preview: accounts, AI generation, credit purchases, and payment collection are not open. A local photo selection is not an order, generation request, or payment.
Your Content
You keep the rights to your photos. Only select or submit photos you own or have permission to use. Every identifiable person must have consented to the intended use. The tool is intended for adults.
Do not use the service for identity deception, fraud, harassment, non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitative content, illegal activity, or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not attempt to access another visitor’s information or disrupt the service.
AI Results
When generation becomes available, AI likeness, movement, proportions, timing, and quality can vary. Reference examples do not guarantee an identical result. Review generated content before publishing it and disclose AI generation when the context or platform requires it.
Reference Video and Music
Two videos from the referenced MakeViral template page are displayed as trend references in this website’s native players and load when you choose Play. Their video and audio are preserved, with credit to wenersisters and bopie&jo and links to their respective original TikTok posts. It is not a verified output from Chipmunks Dance. Showing or linking a reference does not transfer copyright, music rights, or rights to any person’s likeness. Obtain the rights needed for your use before publishing third-party material.

Future Credits and Payments
No credit packs are currently sold. If payment and generation open, the tool will display the applicable price and conditions before submission. A confirmed failed generation will return the credits charged for that task. The terms and policies will be updated before paid use is enabled.
Availability and Changes
The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular launch date, exact choreography, or an AI outcome. Features may change as the tool develops. Nothing in these terms removes any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
